Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary customer contact for equipment support and service requests
  • Perform break-fix maintenance, equipment cleaning, and replacement of consumable parts
  • Diagnose and resolve basic printer and device issues
  • Download and install printer drivers and perform printer mapping
  • Configure devices, including IP addresses, scanning templates, user access levels, and scan-to-email/file settings
  • Monitor and apply software updates and patches
  • Coordinate equipment moves, additions, changes, deliveries, and removals
  • Escalate network and technical issues to appropriate support teams
  • Utilize client applications and systems for service call management and activity tracking
  • Maintain parts inventory, consumables, and meter reporting for billing purposes
  • Provide end-user training on equipment operation and functionality
  • Support remote device monitoring and management activities

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
