Job Title: Inventory SpecialistJob Description

Enhance inventory accuracy and optimize customer operations through meticulous data entry, efficient order processing, and thorough inventory tracking in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
  • Enter and maintain inventory and order information in company systems.
  • Process shipments, receipts, and sales orders.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and investigate discrepancies.
  • Review shipping and receiving records for accuracy.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and customers regarding order status.
  • Support EDI transactions and verify documentation.
  • Provide customer service and resolve order-related issues.
Essential Skills
  • Experience in inventory control and management.
  • Proficiency in shipping and receiving processes.
  • Strong computer skills, including ERP systems.
  • Competence in data entry and supply chain management.
  • Proven skills in warehouse inventory and production support.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 1+ year of experience in administrative, inventory, logistics, or customer service roles is preferred.
  • Strong data entry and computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills.

This role is based in an office within a manufacturing setting, providing a mix of administrative, customer service, and logistics responsibilities. Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Georgetown, KY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.25/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
