Warehouse Support Associate

Job Title: Warehouse Support AssociateLocation: Minneapolis, MNType: ContractWork Model: Onsite Hours: 40.0Shift: M-F 1st shift. 4:30am-12:30p - 37.5 hrs per week

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently execute customer Order Assembly requests - weighing, labeling, packaging, and delivering
• Accurately manage ingredient inventory via onsite Warehouse Management System in collaboration with Raw Material Coordinators and Warehouse team
• Develop ingredient expertise that enables quick troubleshooting and safe, efficient execution of order fulfillment
• Maintain organization of Order Assembly work space via safe use of carts, pallet jacks, powered pallet jacks & lifts
• Provide outstanding internal and external customer service

Requirements

• Must be capable of performing well with limited supervision, both individually, as well as in a team environment
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Able to lift and manipulate 55 lbs safely and frequently over an 8 hour period
• Able to demonstrate computer based system skills
• Attention to detail/accuracy
• Customer Service Excellence
• Strong problem-solving/troubleshooting skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to perform well in a mechanical and technical environment
