Navigation Eye Care is seeking an experienced optometry professional to lead the daily operations of our growing pediatric specialty practice.
We already have established systems, scripts, checklists, playbooks, and a defined patient journey. Your responsibility will be to ensure those standards are followed consistently, improve how the practice operates, and hold the team accountable.
What You Will Own:
Clinical standards and patient-care decisions remain with Dr. Amber Teten, Co-Owner and Clinical Lead. Payroll, marketing execution, provider recruiting, credentialing, capital purchases, and lease decisions remain with ownership or their assigned leads.

We need someone who handles problemsnot someone who only reports themwhile knowing when ownership or clinical leadership must be involved.
Your First 90 Days:
During your first month, you will learn every major area of the practice, review our playbooks, work alongside the team, and complete Spexy training.
By day 60, you will be leading daily operations, team meetings, and the billing-partner relationship.
By day 90, you will improve a measurable part of the patient journey and deliver a 12-month operations plan.
Required Qualifications:
Experience as a practice administrator, office manager, ABO-certified optician, or senior ophthalmic technician may qualify.
