The Compounder accurately weighs, blends, and documents components used in manufacturing over-the-counter (OTC) products in a regulated production environment. This role ensures that all batching and blending activities meet established quality, safety, and sanitation standards while supporting continuous production through proper inventory monitoring and equipment upkeep.
ResponsibilitiesThis position is based in an OTC manufacturing facility that operates multiple shifts to support continuous production. Openings are available at the Mequon site on a Monday–Thursday schedule from 4:30 p.m. to 2:30 a.m. Additional shift options include a 2nd shift from 2:45 p.m. to 10:45 p.m., Monday through Friday, and a 3rd shift from 10:45 p.m. to 6:45 a.m., Monday night through Friday night. Weekend shifts are also available, including an AM weekend shift from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, and a PM weekend shift from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, where employees work 36 hours and receive pay for 40 hours. The work involves operating and working around mixing, blending, and batching equipment, as well as sit-down forklifts, within a regulated production environment. Employees follow established safety and sanitation procedures, including regular cleaning of tanks, work surfaces, and equipment. The facility environment is production-focused, with clear procedures, documentation requirements, and standards designed to support quality and compliance.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $42640.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
