This salaried CNC Programmer role focuses on developing, optimizing, and supporting CNC programs and machine setups for complex production and prototype components. You will prepare customer CAD models for manufacturing, create and refine machining strategies, prove out new programs on the shop floor, and design or improve workholding solutions. Working closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams, you will help improve productivity, reduce cycle times, and ensure all parts consistently meet customer specifications and quality standards.
ResponsibilitiesYou will join a stable manufacturing organization that offers a clear opportunity for long-term employment and professional growth. The company invests in your development by providing training on specific CNC programs and controls while valuing the prior experience you bring. Once you transition to full-time status, you gain access to a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being. You can also benefit from overtime opportunities when available, allowing you to increase your earnings while contributing to a high-performing production team. The culture emphasizes collaboration between CNC operators, Engineering, and Quality, creating an environment where your technical expertise and ideas for process improvement are recognized and appreciated.
Work EnvironmentYou will work in a manufacturing environment alongside a team of approximately 50 employees, including around 10 CNC operators. The role involves working closely with Quality Control and Engineering departments in a setting that features heavy industrial CNC machinery and related equipment. The facility operates as a non-climate-controlled manufacturing space, so you should be comfortable working around CNC machines, tooling, cutting fluids, and production equipment for extended periods. The position is fully on-site and requires regular standing, walking, bending, and reaching while operating CNC machine controls, computers, and precision inspection tools. The environment is highly collaborative, with frequent interaction across production, engineering, and quality teams to ensure efficient, high-precision manufacturing.
