Press Brake Machine Operator- 2nd Shift

Hours: 4:00 pm - 2:30 am M-TH with OT available as needed

Training: Training will be conducted on 1st shift for 2-4 weeks working 5:30 am - 4:00 pm

Pay Rate: $23.00 - $27.00 + $2.00 Shift Differential

Bonus: Sign-On/Retention Bonus- $3,000

-$250 after start date, $750 after 90 days, $1,000 after 6 months, and $1,000 after 1 year

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate press brake machinery to bend, form, and shape metal components with precision
• Read blueprints and specifications to ensure accurate production of parts
• Set up and adjust machines according to work orders and job requirements
• Inspect finished products to maintain high quality standards
• Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and solve challenges
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards in the work area at all times

What You Bring:

• Proven experience as a Press Brake Operator or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of metal fabrication, blueprint reading, and machine setup
• Attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and operations
• Ability to troubleshoot and make adjustments on the fly
• Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
• Physical capability to stand, lift, and operate machinery for extended periods

Work Environment

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment can be loud at times. Environment is not fully climate controlled.
