Automation Personnel ServicesseekseveralMachine Operatorsfor a food manufacturing facility in Chattanooga, TN.Candidates are responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining food production machinery to ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and according to company quality standards.
Payrate
$16.50per hour
Shiftsand Schedules
1stshift: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm
2ndshift:Monday-Friday3:00pm-11:30pm
Customer operates 26-35 hours per week schedules
Machine OperatorDuties and Responsibilities
- Operate food processing and packaging machines according to production specifications.
- Set up equipment and adjust machine settings to meet production requirements.
- Monitor production lines to ensure product quality and consistency.
- Inspect raw materials, work-in-progress products, and finished goods for quality standards.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), food safety procedures, and sanitation standards.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Machine OperatorSkills and Qualifications
- Signoff and understand all GMP standards
- Lift up to 45lbs maximum (in office assessment will be conducted)
- Work in hot environments and lots or walking
- Prior production or food experience is a plus
- Background check and drug screen required
