Are you an experienced Radiologic Technologist looking for a rewarding opportunity in a modern, fast-paced surgical environment? We're expanding our team and seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist with C-Arm experience to support our growing surgery center.

This is more than just a part-time role. As our patient volume and physician team continue to grow, you'll play a key role in strengthening our imaging services while enjoying a predictable schedule, collaborative culture, and the opportunity for increased hours. Starting at 24 hours per week, this position has the potential to expand to 32 hours per week as our center continues its exciting growth trajectory.

What You'll Do

As a valued member of our surgical imaging team, you will:

  • Perform high-quality radiologic imaging procedures with a primary focus on C-Arm imaging in the operating room and procedural setting.
  • Partner closely with surgeons, nurses, and clinical staff to provide real-time imaging support during a variety of procedures.
  • Ensure excellent image quality through proper patient positioning, equipment operation, and adherence to imaging best practices.
  • Maintain the highest standards of radiation safety, patient care, and infection control.
  • Utilize your knowledge of surgical instrumentation and sterile techniques to effectively support procedural teams.
  • Verify patient information, explain procedures, and deliver a reassuring, patient-centered experience.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain imaging equipment to support seamless clinical operations.
  • Accurately document imaging procedures in accordance with facility and regulatory standards.
  • Contribute to a culture of collaboration, clinical excellence, and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
  • ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology (CT certification accepted where applicable).
  • Hands-on experience operating C-Arm imaging equipment.
  • Strong understanding of radiologic imaging principles and radiation safety standards.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative surgical environment.
  • Flexibility to support early morning shifts and a rotating schedule.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1+ year of Radiologic Technology experience preferred (candidates with slightly less experience are encouraged to apply).
  • Previous experience in a surgery center, outpatient surgical facility, or operating room setting.
  • Knowledge of sterilization practices, infection prevention, and surgical instrumentation.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities in a dynamic clinical environment.
Schedule & Work-Life Balance

  • Part-time opportunities available at 24 or 32 hours per week
  • Consistent weekday schedule
  • Flexible start times between 6:30 AM and 7:00 AM
  • Typical shifts end by 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM
  • Mondays and Tuesdays serve as primary coverage days
  • Rotating schedule may include every other Wednesday and every other Friday off

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Hamden, CT.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $89440.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
