Warehouse & Delivery Associate
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:45am – 4:00pm
We are a growing small business looking for a reliable, hands-on team member to support our daily warehouse and delivery operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership of their work, and is comfortable wearing many hats in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
The Warehouse & Delivery Associate plays a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly from receiving and organizing inventory to fulfilling orders and completing daily delivery routes. There is room for growth for the right candidate as our company continues to expand.
Must love dogs - we have a friendly office dog on-site daily who is part of our work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily warehouse operations, including stocking, inventory counts, picking, and packing orders
- Load and unload incoming shipments and delivery vehicle
- Prepare and complete daily delivery routes accurately and efficiently
- Safely operate a company cargo van and represent the company professionally while on deliveries
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries and internal interactions
- Support fellow team members as needed, everyone pitches in
Training provided for forklift operation if needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Prior experience driving commercial delivery vehicles required
- Valid Michigan driver’s license; must be at least 21 years old
- Chauffeur’s permit required upon hire
- Clean driving record (no accidents or moving violations in the past year)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely and perform physical warehouse tasks
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and adaptable
