Location:Florence, KY
Pay Rate:$20.90/hour
Shift:D Crew
Schedule:7:45PM-8:00AM (2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 3 days off)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependableGeneral Utility Associateto support daily manufacturing operations. This position helps keep production running smoothly by supplying materials, operating production equipment, completing paperwork, maintaining a clean work area, performing quality checks, and preparing products for shipment.

The ideal candidate has at leasttwo years of manufacturing experience, follows safety procedures, works well with a team, and can perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Start and operate mixers and production equipment as assigned.
  • Work with plant staff to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
  • Supply production lines with the correct materials and packaging.
  • Empty production lines into pallets for work-in-process or finished goods.
  • Build pallets and keep up with production output.
  • Count and record inventory produced during the shift.
  • Track equipment downtime and document the cause.
  • Inspect products periodically for quality issues using visual inspections or designated tools.
  • Load and unload trucks safely.
  • Stage products in the correct locations.
  • Verify that products are properly packaged, labeled, and prepared for shipment.
  • Complete production paperwork accurately and on time.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area using 6S principles.
  • Follow all safety, quality, and operating procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • At leasttwo years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work safely in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting, palletizing, and loading or unloading materials.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience operating mixers, production lines, or related manufacturing equipment.
  • Experience with inventory counts, production paperwork, quality inspections, or material handling.
  • Familiarity with 6S or other workplace organization practices.
