Inventory Associate – Stand-Up Reach & Cherry Picker
Pay Rate: $19.00/hour
Shifts: 1st or 2nd Shift
Schedule: Must be available to work weekends and mandatory overtime
Position Summary
We are seeking reliable and experienced Inventory Associates with hands-on experience operating stand-up reach forklifts and cherry pickers. Candidates must be certified forklift drivers or have recent experience and be willing to complete and pass required forklift assessments.
The Inventory Associate will be responsible for safely moving, storing, locating, and tracking inventory while maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate stand-up reach forklifts and cherry pickers safely and efficiently.
- Move, store, and retrieve inventory throughout the warehouse.
- Perform inventory counts and verify product quantities and locations.
- Load, unload, and stage materials as needed.
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company guidelines.
- Complete required forklift assessments and safety training.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
- Perform other warehouse and inventory duties as assigned.
- Work required weekends and mandatory overtime when needed.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse/inventory experience required.
- Stand-up reach forklift experience required.
- Cherry picker/order picker experience required.
- Certified forklift driver preferred; candidates must be willing and able to complete required forklift assessments.
- Basic math skills, including counting and quantity verification.
- Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work 1st or 2nd shift, including weekends and mandatory overtime.
- Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the position.
