What You’ll Do:
- Lead and motivate crew members during your shift to meet restaurant goals
- Oversee operations during your shift, including food quality, cleanliness, and customer service
- Train, coach, and support team members to ensure top performance
- Monitor food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards
- Handle shift-level inventory, cash handling, and opening/closing procedures
- Step into various roles as needed from cooking to taking orders to keep the shift running smoothly
- Address guest concerns professionally and promptly to ensure satisfaction
Who We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or retail leadership
- Strong communication and team-building skills
- Dependable, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable giving direction and making decisions on the fly
- Able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain) is a plus
