Van Driver/Rider

Do you enjoy working with children and want a job where you can make a meaningful difference each day? Miracle Kids Success Academy (MKSA) and Kids Unlimited Learning Academy (KULA) are looking for dependable, caring, and safety-focused Van Drivers/Riders to join our team!

In this important role, you will help ensure children arrive safely and comfortably while creating a positive, welcoming experience for the children and families we serve. If you have a pleasant demeanor, strong communication skills, and a heart for helping young children reach their fullest potential, we would love to meet you!

Full-time and part-time positions are available.

At MKSA/KULA, our team works together to prepare young children for meaningful lives. We provide early intervention day treatment and therapy services to children with developmental delays, disabilities, and medical needs.

Our collaborative treatment team includes teachers, teaching assistants, nurses, occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, psychologists, and other professionals-all working together with families to support each child's individual needs.

Education and Certification

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Must be at least 21 years of age

• Valid Arkansas driver's license

• Must meet all applicable driving and transportation requirements

Experience

• No previous experience is required-we are looking for dependable individuals with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn!

• Be dependable, responsible, and committed to safety

• Enjoy working with children from birth through age six

• Communicate professionally and respectfully with children, families, coworkers, and leadership

• Maintain a calm, pleasant, and patient demeanor

• Follow written and verbal instructions carefully

• Stay organized and pay close attention to details

• Manage multiple responsibilities in a busy environment

• Use good judgment and common sense when addressing routine situations

• Possess basic computer and internet skills

• Read and understand instructions, correspondence, and workplace communications

• Complete basic mathematical calculations as needed
