Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Full-Time E-Commerce Order Packer, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring accurate and efficient order fulfillment for our online customers. Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately using barcode scanning and warehouse management systems
- Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, and manual handling tools to load, unload, and organize inventory
- Ensure proper packaging of products to prevent damage during transit, adhering to safety protocols and PPE requirements
- Manage inventory levels through stock replenishment, stock rotation, and updating inventory management systems
- Load and unload shipments efficiently while maintaining safety standards for heavy equipment operation
- Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, verifying inbound and outbound shipments against orders
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency throughout warehouse operations
Skills
- Proven experience operating warehouse equipment including reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, barcode scanning for logistics, and inventory management systems
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting, packing, and materials handling with safety awareness
- Familiarity with order picking & packing procedures within a warehouse distribution setting
- Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying product quantities accurately
- Excellent understanding of safety protocols including PPE use, safe load handling, and adherence to operational procedures
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and following instructions in a fast-paced environment
