• Assemble complex chassis and components for high-precision server units.

• Install and replace brackets, labels, and small components using power tools and hand tools.

• Set up and operate semi-automatic production equipment efficiently.

• At least 1 year of recent, relevant experience.

• No employment gaps greater than 60 days.

• Must reside in approved recruiting territories: Olive Branch, Southaven, Hernando, Walls, Horn Lake, Byhalia, Memphis, or Cordova.

• Capability to handle loads of up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

• Comfort working on ladders and exhibiting manual dexterity.

• Works effectively in a team environment and follows instructions accurately.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Available Shifts:

• AM Shift: 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM ($16.50/hr)

• PM Shift: 4:15 PM – 12:45 AM ($18.50/hr)

Shift Differentials & Bonuses:

• Forklift Skill Pay: +$1.50/hr

• Swing Shift Differential: +$2.00/hr

• PM Shift Differential: +$4.00/hr

• Perfect Attendance Incentive: $75 bonus.
