Escrow Closing Specialist

We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have an Escrow Closing Specialist opportunity with an established independent escrow company serving the Santa Clarita and Valencia communities since 1989. This company has built a strong reputation for knowledgeable service, professionalism, and creating a positive experience for every real estate transaction.

The Escrow Closing Specialist will focus specifically on the closing process. The ideal candidate will have strong experience reviewing, balancing, and preparing escrow files for closing.

Your specific duties will include:

• Review escrow files to ensure they are complete and ready for closing.
• Balance and finalize escrow transactions.
• Prepare and review closing documents.
• Coordinate closing activities and resolve discrepancies.
• Work efficiently and accurately in a high-volume environment.
• Communicate with escrow team members and other parties involved in the transaction.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Required qualifications for theposition include:

• Previous experience in escrow closings is required.
• Experience reviewing and balancing escrow files.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Experience using RBJ software is required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Pay Rate Range: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits, including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
