Key Responsibilities

  • Lead process development, optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support new product introductions from launch through production.
  • Create and maintain work instructions, manufacturing documentation, and ECNs.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, test failures, and process-related defects.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Sales to improve manufacturability and efficiency.
  • Drive Lean manufacturing, waste reduction, and productivity improvements.
  • Support ISO compliance, corrective actions, and quality system initiatives.
  • Provide technical support for PCB assembly, cable/wire harness assembly, and special projects.

Qualifications

  • Electrical Engineering degree highly preferred.

  • Contract Manufacturing experience required.

  • 5+ years of manufacturing, process, or production engineering experience. Experience with PCB assembly, cable/wire harness assembly, or electronic manufacturing preferred.

  • Strong background in process improvement, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.

  • Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.

- Experience supporting new product introductions and manufacturing process development.

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma methodologies preferred.

  • CAD proficiency (SolidWorks and/or AutoCAD preferred).
  • Strong communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
