Pay: $23.25–$25.00/hour | Shift: 10 hours
As a Delivery Driver at Golden Steps Logistics, you'll drive an Amazon-branded van and handle the final, most important step of every order: getting it into a customer's hands. You'll start and end each shift at Amazon's DDP1 station, following an optimized GPS route to deliver packages safely and on time throughout the Philadelphia community. No passengers, no sales quotas just you, the road, and a route designed to get you home on schedule.

What a Day Looks Like
- Arrive at DDP1, complete a quick pre-trip vehicle check
- Load your van with the day's packages
- Follow your GPS-guided route and all traffic laws
- Deliver packages to homes and businesses SAFELY, professionally and courteously
- Scan and confirm deliveries using your handheld device
- Keep your vehicle clean, organized, and ready for the road
- Report any vehicle, route, or package issues to management right away
- Return to DDP1, debrief, and head home knowing you made a difference

As a Delivery Driver, You’ll Need:
• To be at least 21 years old
• A valid driver’s license (held for at least one year) and a clean driving record
• Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver packages weighing up to 50 lbs
• Comfort using a handheld device and GPS navigation to manage your route
• Strong time-management skills and the ability to stay focused during a full shift
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also collaborating with dispatch and fellow drivers as part of a team
• A positive, customer-first attitude and reliable, consistent attendance
