We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and motivated Construction Worker to join our team! This is a full-time position involving hands-on construction work and outdoor labor in various weather conditions.
Responsibilities
- Assist with general construction and building projects
- Load, unload, and move materials and equipment
- Use basic hand and power tools safely
- Assist skilled workers with assigned tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and instructions
- Perform physically demanding work, including standing, bending, lifting, and carrying materials
- Work outdoors in changing weather conditions
Qualifications
- Construction experience is preferred but not required
- Must be dependable and have a strong work ethic
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to follow directions and safety procedures
- Must be physically capable of performing outdoor labor and lifting materials
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites is required
- Must be willing to work in various weather conditions
