Material Handler

Position Description: Alea Leather is a fast-growing leader in the automotive leather seating industry, known for craftsmanship, quality and design. As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced/reliable Warehouse Associate / Material Handler to join our team.This full-time position resides in our main warehouse in Paramount, CA.What you'll do:Assist in managing warehouse inventory and paperwork.Receive & inventory incoming stockShip product to customers & repackage product for customer use.What we are looking for:Work in a team environment as a productive & reliable team player.Good English written and verbal communication. Bilingual a plus but not required. Past leadership experience a plus. Strong computer experience required. Knowledge & experience of managing various freight carriers.Properly use ladder (12'), tape gun, RF scanner, and other warehouse tools including Hi-Lo. Physical work - lifting up to 35# boxes, on feet most of day, bending & stooping.Must live within a 20-minute drive as we feel this is an important attribute for long term success. $22.00 - $26.00 Hourly
