Warehouse & Parts Associate

We’re currently expanding our workforce to support a booming customer interest, and our new headquarters needs a warehouse associate who can play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction. Warehouse associates are responsible for receiving, processing, storing, and sending inventory in accordance with purchase orders and shipping schedules. The ideal candidate is someone with great organizational skills, who wants to learn and thrive while contributing to a fast-growing start-up that values innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Process, package, and ship orders accurately and efficiently
• Receive, unload, and place inventory appropriately in the warehouse
• Keep track of all merchandise entering and exiting the warehouse
• Monitor systems to ensure that all orders are received
• Check inventory regularly
• Unload products from delivery trucks and organize them within the warehouse
• Ensure all merchandise is safely and securely packaged and labeled for shipping
• Assist with management of warehouse inventory, shipping, and receiving
• Contribute to a dynamic team by filling shipment orders in a timely and effective manner
• Adhere to company values of quality, innovation, and comfort
• Performs other related duties as required while maintaining progress towards individual goals

Accountabilities:

• Must have a strong work ethic and outstanding organizational skills

• Must have the ability to work strategically as part of a team

• Must be able to accurately complete inventory counts and turn in appropriate documentation of such.

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to be on their feet comfortably for six or more hours at a time

• Must be able to move and lift objects in excess of 100 pounds.

• Must be able to climb and work from ladders.

• Must have attention to detail in a loud and pace paced environment, safely and efficiently.

• Must have the ability to prioritize and work independently with minimal direct supervision.

• Must be able to drive a folk lift
