What You’ll Do:
- Oversee maintenance operations for buildings, grounds, and amenities
- Respond to service requests and turn units efficiently
- Lead and train maintenance and grounds staff
- Ensure safety standards and regulatory compliance (OSHA, EPA, Fair Housing)
- Manage vendor relationships, inventory, and maintenance budget
- Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of multifamily maintenance experience
- EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) – required
- Skilled in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs
- CPO certification and pool maintenance experience – a plus
- High school diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation and basic tools
- Strong communication and leadership skills
