As the Unit Manager/Infection Control, you will take on responsibility for the nursing care of all residents across our units. Supervise licensed nurses and nursing personnel, ensuring the delivery of care aligns with each resident's comprehensive assessment and care plan. Manage units in accordance with facility philosophy, adhering to professional nursing standards and complying with State laws and regulations. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring the health and safety of our residents, staff, and visitors. On-call rotation is required.

**Qualification Requirements:**

- Licensed as anLPN in the state of Arkansas

- Management experience

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with staff and residents

- Previous experience in infection control.

- Certification in infection prevention is preferred.
