We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a high-volume quick-service restaurant in Clackamas, OR.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations and ensure excellent guest service
• Hire, train, coach, and develop restaurant team members and managers
• Build schedules and manage labor to business needs
• Monitor food cost, labor, inventory, waste, and overall restaurant profitability
• Maintain strong operational, cleanliness, food safety, and service standards
• Manage cash handling and financial controls
• Drive sales, team performance, and guest satisfaction
• Address employee and guest concerns professionally
• Maintain a positive, accountable, and team-focused culture
• Work hands-on in the restaurant and lead by example

Qualifications

• Previous General Manager or Restaurant Manager experience, preferably in QSR/fast food
• Strong leadership and team-development skills
• Experience with scheduling, labor, food cost, inventory, and financial controls
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Comfortable working approximately 40 regular hours + up to 10 hours of overtime
• Reliable transportation

Compensation

$58,000–$64,000 annually
Hourly position with overtime eligibility
Average monthly bonus opportunity of approximately $850
