Performance Analyst

Revelare Kitchens is looking for a Performance Analyst to help our sales team improve performance, increase closing rates, and consistently follow our sales process.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys coaching, analyzing performance, and holding sales reps accountable.

What You'll Do

• Review sales calls and appointments to identify opportunities
• Analyze sales performance and identify trends and gaps
• Coach sales reps through 1:1s, group sessions, and role play
• Provide clear, actionable feedback on closing and objection handling
• Conduct virtual and in-person ride-alongs
• Help reps improve execution of our one-call-close process
• Track performance and follow up on improvement
• Support sales and operations with customer and administrative issues

What We're Looking For

• Sales experience, preferably in-home or one-call-close sales
• Experience coaching, training, or managing sales reps
• Strong communication and accountability skills
• Comfortable working with sales data, CRMs, and technology
• Ability to give direct, constructive feedback
• Experience with AI or call-review tools is a plus
