Responsibilities:- Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent shortages and overstock situations
- Issue and manage purchase orders with vendors and suppliers
- Track incoming shipments and reconcile deliveries against purchase orders
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits
- Analyze purchasing trends and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Coordinate with warehouse, production, and sales teams to forecast inventory needs
- Maintain accurate records in inventory management and ERP systems
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery and quality standards
Requirements:- 2+ years of experience in purchasing, inventory control, or supply chain management
- Proficiency with inventory management software and/or ERP systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Solid understanding of procurement processes and vendor management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Experience in packaging, manufacturing, or distribution industry is a plus
- Bilingual in Spanish/English is a must
