Castor Materials, a growing, family-owned and operated concrete supplier, is hiring experienced Ready-Mix Concrete Truck Drivers. Join a team that values safe driving, dependable service, and pride in your work.

With a fleet of more than 48 front-discharge mixer trucks, we supply concrete for commercial, residential, and major infrastructure projects throughout Philadelphia and surrounding areas.

What You’ll Do

  • Safely deliver ready-mix concrete to customer job sites.
  • Operate the mixer truck and discharge equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with dispatch, plant staff, and customers to keep deliveries on schedule.
  • Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance concerns.
  • Keep your truck clean, properly maintained, and ready for the next load.
  • Complete delivery tickets, inspection reports, and required paperwork accurately.
  • Follow company safety procedures and DOT requirements.
  • Represent Castor Materials professionally and assist with plant duties as needed.

What You’ll Bring

  • Valid Class B CDL or higher, in good standing
  • At least two years of ready-mix concrete driving experience
  • At least two years of construction experience
  • Clean driving record, with no accidents or license suspensions within the past five years
  • Ability to meet DOT physical and drug/alcohol screening requirements
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Strong communication skills, a safety-first mindset, and a dependable work ethic
