We are seeking a Maintenance/Janitorial Custodianto join our team!You will perform a variety of cleaning and organizing duties.
Must be able to work in the heat and able to lift 50 - 100 lbs.

Responsibilities:
- Restroom
- Perform documented Hourly Inspections
- Stocking (Toilet Paper, etc)
- Cleaning of the Breakrooms / Designated Smoking Areas
- Stocking Water in the Fridge
- Cleaning of Fridge
- Cleaning of Tables
- Setting back chairs
- Cleaning up offices / hallways / current tool room organization and clean up.
- Pick up trash in Parking Area
- Checking for Fire Extinguishers being in Place
- Ensure First Aid Kit is Stocked
- Stocking Sqwuincher Pops in Freezer
- Organize and Inventory Safety PPE
- Inventory Uniforms and storage areas
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in cleaning, checking fire extinguishers, maintenance, or other related fields
- Must be able to read and follow directions
- Must be able to work in the heat
- Able to lift 50 - 100 lbs
- Strong attention to detail
