Schedule Required for This Position:
Monday–Friday: Availability between 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Sessions will occur within this time window based on assigned clients.

Job Type: Part-time
Expected Hours: Approximately 15-20 hours per week

We are seeking a compassionate, dependable and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our clinical team. The RBT will provide high-quality, individualized behavioral services to clients while working under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The ideal candidate is passionate about helping individuals develop meaningful skills, increase independence, and achieve personal goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy

  • Implement treatment plans developed by the BCBA

  • Collect and record session data in CentralReach

  • Complete session notes and documentation

  • Collaborate with your clinical team

  • Help children build meaningful skills and independence

Qualifications:
  • Active RBT Certification (required)

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Passion for working with children and families

  • Reliable transportation for in-home sessions
