Driver Manager

Are you a motivated, problem-solving individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment? A Greensboro-based trucking company is seeking a self-directed and dependable team player to join us as a Driver Manager/Dispatcher.

This is a dynamic, in-office role that requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a calm, solution-oriented approach under pressure. Prior transportation experience is a plusbut not required. We’re happy to train the right candidate who’s eager to learn and grow with us.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with drivers to ensure shipments are running on schedule.
• Coordinate with the customer service team to meet customer expectations.
• Update and maintain dispatch software with accurate, timely information.
• Collaborate with various departments to resolve unexpected challenges such as breakdowns, weather delays, or traffic issues.
• Review and process driver paperwork.
• Take on additional operational tasks as your skill set expands.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Positive, outgoing personality and professional demeanor.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple priorities.
• Proficient with computers and data entry.
• A genuine understanding of how dispatch operations impact company success.
• Monday - Friday; 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm work shift.
• Flexible with hours. May need to cover other shifts when needed.

Transportation or logistics experience is welcomebut we’re willing to train motivated candidates who bring the right attitude and work ethic.
