Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $18/hourTemporary Assignment Details:

This is atemporary positionrunning from October through mid-January. It’s a great opportunity for those seeking seasonal work or looking to gain experience during the busy holiday retail season.

Shift:

Full-time. Standard shifts are 7am–3:30pm or 8:30am–5pm. Special scheduling needs include:

  • Wednesday before Thanksgiving (11/25): Must work, and also available 8–10pm
  • Black Friday weekend: Likely 8am–4:30pm
  • December weekends may be required
  • Mondays in December: 7am–5pm
  • Must work December 26.

What’s a typical day as a Customer Care Representative? You’ll be:
  • Handling inbound and outbound customer calls in a high-volume contact center
  • Providing accurate information to customers and resolving their issues efficiently
  • Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction with every interaction
  • Operating within a corporate retail setting, reporting to the Contact Center Supervisor
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have previous experience in customer service or call center environments (preferred, but not required)
  • Are comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls professionally
  • Possess strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Are available to work the specified shifts, including special scheduling around holidays and weekends
  • Are bilingual in Spanish and English (nice to have, but not required)
