Part-Time Front Desk / Reception

ALYZE-Bountiful is a premium health and performance club built around a different idea of what a gym can be coaching, recovery, and member care under one roof. We're growing, and we're looking for people who want to be part of building it.

The Role

As Front Desk / Reception, you're the first face members see and the last one they see on their way out. You run the front of house: greeting members, checking people in, answering questions, handling member accounts and scheduling, and keeping the entry and lobby areas looking the way a premium club should look.

This is a hands-on role. Between members, you'll be tidying, restocking, wiping down, and helping the team keep the facility in good shape.

Shifts Available

Our club is staffed 5:00am–10:00pm Monday through Friday, 6:00am–4:00pm Saturday, and 8:00am–3:00pm Sunday.

Opening and closing shifts carry a shift differential on top of the base reception rate. Openers must be on site 15 minutes before doors open; closers stay until the facility is fully closed.

What You'll Do

• Greet and check in members; create a welcoming, professional first impression
• Answer phones, respond to member questions, and route inquiries to the right team member
• Manage member check-ins, scheduling, and account updates
• Open or close the facility according to established procedures
• Keep the lobby, front desk, and common areas clean, stocked, and presentable
• Support the broader team with facility care and day-to-day operations

What We're Looking For

• Reliable and punctual especially important for opening and closing shifts
• Friendly, professional, and comfortable talking to people all day
• Able to stay organized and calm during busy stretches
• Comfortable with basic computer systems and scheduling software
• Able to stand, walk, and move throughout the facility during a shift
• No certifications required we'll train you on our systems

Shared Team Responsibilities

Every position at ALYZE-Bountiful shares responsibility for facility care. Regardless of role, all team members are expected to help keep the club clean, organized, and functioning well including tidying equipment areas, restocking supplies, reporting maintenance issues, and pitching in wherever needed. A well-kept facility is everyone's job.

Compensation & Details

• Hourly, paid biweekly
• Shift differentials for early-morning opening and late-evening closing windows
• Part-time positions are scheduled under 32 hours per week and are not benefits-eligible
