SummaryQualified candidates for this position will have experience in Manufacturing with work order management – transacting reports, maintaining appropriate inventory levels for production lines, and assisting with manual inventory counts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Transact daily production reports, product transfers, and material transfers within MRP system
- Cycle count work orders to maintain accuracy
- Collect and maintain production reports
- Assist Supervisors with productions jobs in process
- Enter scrap from various reports
- Work directly with Sales regarding new and existing orders
- Run reports through Oracle to monitor material inventories
- Utilization of MRP systems to obtain, monitor and order materials as needed
- Ability to move about the plant to count inventory and adjust the system accordingly to maintain accuracy
- Order materials for upcoming jobs, as well as help expedite jobs needed daily
- All other duties from either written or verbally given from supervisor
Qualifications/Requirements
- Two- or Four-year Technical Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years in a Manufacturing Environment
- MRP experience, preferably Oracle
