Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Concierge Associate to join our team. As a key member of our concierge services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, their families, and visitors. Your primary focus will be on ensuring a high-level of satisfaction with our services, while also promoting a positive and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist residents, family members, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Respond promptly to inquiries and concerns, and provide timely follow-up
Coordinate and facilitate special requests, such as arranging transportation or making reservations
Maintain accurate records and documentation of interactions and services provided
Collaborate with internal teams, including nursing, rehabilitation, and dietary services, to ensure seamless service delivery
Identify and communicate suggestions for improvement to enhance the resident experience
Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of our concierge services team
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
1 years of experience in customer service or healthcare setting preferred
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
