Kitchen Cleaner (Overnight)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Clean Tec Outsourcing is hiring Overnight Kitchen Cleaners for a major hospitality operation in Lake Buena Vista, FL. This role focuses on deep cleaning and sanitation of commercial kitchen areas after service hours. You will work as part of a supervised team to ensure the kitchen meets health code standards and is fully prepared for the next day of operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform deep cleaning of all kitchen surfaces, floors, walls, and equipment

Degrease and sanitize cooking stations, grills, fryers, and prep tables

Clean and polish stainless steel surfaces and equipment

Scrub and sanitize walk-in coolers and storage areas

Clean hood and ventilation systems as directed

Empty grease traps and dispose of waste properly

Follow all OSHA and health department sanitation guidelines

Report any equipment issues or maintenance needs to the on-site supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous commercial kitchen cleaning experience preferred

Ability to work overnight shifts (typically 10 PM to 6 AM)

Comfortable using industrial cleaning chemicals and equipment

Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift

Reliable transportation to the Lake Buena Vista area

Must be authorized to work in the United States
