About the Organization

We are a healthcare organization focused on injury evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation. Our multidisciplinary team provides care for patients recovering from workplace injuries, motor vehicle accidents, and other trauma-related conditions.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Board-Certified Neurologist to provide neurological evaluations and treatment for patients, with a particular focus on Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) cases.

This part-time independent contractor opportunity offers flexible scheduling in a collaborative clinical environment. There may also be an opportunity to perform remote Intraoperative Neuromonitoring (IONM).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive neurological evaluations and assessments.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage neurological conditions, particularly TBI.
• Develop individualized treatment and care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and other members of the multidisciplinary care team.
• Support patients throughout their recovery and rehabilitation.
• Optionally provide remote IONM services, based on qualifications and interest.

Schedule

• Part-time independent contractor position.
• 1 full day per week OR 2 half days per week.

Compensation & Benefits

• $200–$300 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Board-Certified Neurologist.
• Valid Illinois medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Experience with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) evaluation and management preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered approach.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
