QUALIFICATIONS

• Complete medication certification

• Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions effectively

• Fluent in English

• Ability to follow written or oral instructions

• Good judgment and mental/physical health

• Training in safety procedures and emergency response

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and perform physical caregiving tasks

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RESIDENT ASSISTANT

This is a full-time with a set schedule, with dynamic hours. The hours are 3pm – 9pm and scheduled dates are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday and every other weekend (approximately 24 – 30 hours a week).

As our Resident Assistant, you'll assist our seniors with daily routines, medication management, and apartment upkeep, while encouraging social engagement and building meaningful connections. You'll help maintain a safe, clean environment and work closely with your team to ensure every resident feels supported and valued.
