I own and operate a small maintenance contracting company. We service single family homes throughout the Twin Cities. I need someone reliable and dependable to help with the workload. You must own a truck and be willing to get liability insurance before starting. You also must be able to pass a background check and submit references. We have enough work to keep you busy 40+hrs/week. Jobs typically involve drywall, painting, lite-plumbing, lite- electrical, flooring, decks, inspections etc. I am willing to train the right candidate, although tools and some experience is required. Pay is negotiable and depends on experience.
