  • Set up and operate CNC Fiber and CO? laser machines
  • Verify material type and thickness before production
  • Load materials into the automated storage and handling system
  • Produce parts according to work orders, specifications, and quality standards
  • Identify and correct machine alignment and cutting issues
  • Troubleshoot minor machine and programming issues
  • Make necessary adjustments to maintain part quality
  • Record production information in the computerized tracking system
  • Cross-train on multiple laser machines and production cells
  • Operate a forklift to move materials as needed
  • Perform routine operator-level preventative maintenance
  • Maintain equipment and maintenance logs
  • Report quality, production, material, or equipment concerns
  • Support other production areas as needed
  • Previous CNC laser operating experience preferred
  • Experience with Fiber or CO? laser equipment is a plus
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions and manufacturing documentation
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
  • Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Forklift experience is a plus
