Job Title: Electrical Project Manager – Critical Power
Job Description
The Electrical Project Manager – Critical Power oversees missioncritical construction projects focused on Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS), backup generators, power distribution units (PDUs), switchgear, and transfer switches. This role manages the full project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring continuous and reliable power delivery for environments such as data centers, hospitals, manufacturing plants, and logistics hubs. The position may be based in Lenexa, KS or an Arkansas office, with potential remote flexibility for candidates located within approximately 200 miles of either location.

Work Environment
This role supports critical power projects primarily associated with large commercial and missioncritical facilities, including data centers, hospitals, manufacturing plants, and logistics hubs. Work is based out of either a Lenexa, KS or Arkansas office, with potential remote flexibility for candidates located within approximately 200 miles of either location. The position involves regular use of Microsoft Office and companyprovided technology such as a laptop, cell phone, and, typically after a contract period, a company truck, with flexibility to provide a vehicle earlier if needed. The work environment emphasizes strict adherence to OSHA and company safety requirements on all project sites. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50.00 - $62.50/hr.
