Stack wood panels on skids according to customer-specific pallet patterns.
Verify labels, quantities, and packaging accuracy before shipment.
Maintain clean, organized, and clearly labeled work areas.
Report discrepancies, damaged materials, or production issues to the team lead.
Follow all company safety policies and production procedures.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production and shipping goals.
Operate a forklift when needed (preferred but not required).
