The Role

TheProjectManagerleads luxury residentialtechnologyprojects from concept to completion.

Thisisn'tjust about managingschedules and budgets;it'sabout bringingdesignandtechnology together to create exceptional living environments. TheProjectManagercoordinates between trades, clients, and internal teams to ensure everyprojectis delivered with precision, efficiency, and the signature Bravas quality clients expect, while embodying our six core values: collaborative, accountable,proactive, curious, passionate, and creative.

Responsibilities

  • Overseesall phases of residential smarthomeprojects from kickoff to closeout.

  • Serves as the main point of contact for clients, builders, anddesigners to ensure everyone is aligned.

  • Coordinates closely with sales,design, installation, andprogramming teams to keepprogress smooth and efficient.

  • Monitorsprogress,anticipateschallenges, and takesproactive steps to stay on schedule and budget.

  • Maintains Bravas standards for systemdesign, installation, and client satisfaction.

  • Reviewsprojectoutcomes,identifiesprocess improvements, and shares lessons learned with the team.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years ofprojectmanagement experience in AV, construction, or smarthomeindustries.

  • Solid understanding of residential construction and trade coordination.

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints andtechnical plans.

  • Strong communicationand organizational skills with a client-first mindset.

  • Calm, solution-oriented approach when facing challenges.

  • Experience withprojectmanagement or job costing software.

  • Valid driver's licenseand ability to pass a background check.

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of sitting and working at adesk or computer.

  • Regular travel to job sites, including standing, walking, and navigating active construction environments.

  • Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
