Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active Occupational Therapist licensure (OT) in Wisconsin
• Strong background in school-based pediatric therapy, preferably with elementary-aged children
• Experience managing caseloads efficiently, ensuring compliance and individualized care
• Familiarity with IEP processes and collaborative intervention strategies
• Adaptability to work across multiple locations (no virtual/VOCO services)
• Exceptional communication, documentation, and organizational skills
