Previous CNC experience is preferred, but training is available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
Operate CNC machinery according to production specifications and safety procedures.
Load and unload wood panels and materials weighing approximately 25–35 lbs.
Monitor machine operation and finished product quality.
Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting as needed.
Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality standards.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Work closely with the production team to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
Previous CNC or machine operating experience is preferred; training is available for the right candidate.
Stable and reliable work history is highly valued.
Ability to lift and move materials weighing approximately 25–35 lbs.
Mechanical aptitude and comfort working around industrial machinery.
