$14.00 per hour

Cafeteria Hours are 5a-7p

GrillCookDuties and Responsibilities
• Prepare and cook meals followingestablished recipes, dietary guidelines, and nutritional requirements for patients, staff, and visitors.
•Accurately measure and portion foods to ensure consistency, proper serving sizes, and to minimize waste.
• Adhere strictly to federal, state, and hospital food safety regulations, including proper storage, labeling, food rotation (FIFO), and cross-contamination prevention.
• Regularly clean and sanitize grills, utensils, workstations, and equipment to maintain a safe environment for vulnerable patients.
Grill Cook Qualifications and Requirements
•Able to work flexible schedules including weekends, holidays, and varying shifts common incafeteriaoperations.
•Being on time for scheduled shifts iscrucial to employment
•25lb lift throughout workday (in-office assessment will be conducted)
• Background Check and Drug Screenwill be performed for this position
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation protocol
