Our client is seeking a skilled and dependableCNC Operatorto join their team in West Bend, WI. This position involves operating and monitoring CNC machines to produce precision parts according to technical specifications. The ideal candidate will have prior CNC operating experience, strong technical skills, and the ability to maintain high-quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities of theCNC Operator:
Machine Operation:
- Operate CNC machines to produce precision components based on blueprints and specifications.
- Load raw materials and ensure proper machine setup.
Quality Control:
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality, using precision measuring tools.
- Perform adjustments as needed to maintain product specifications.
Routine Maintenance:
- Conduct basic maintenance on CNC machines to ensure proper functioning and minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues.
Safety Compliance:
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Technical Interpretation:
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions to ensure accurate production.
CNC OperatorRequirements and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2+ years of recent experience as a CNC operator.
- Proven ability to operate and monitor CNC machines efficiently.
- Strong technical skills with knowledge of CNC tools and programming.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy materials, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Pay forCNC Operator:$17-19/hour, based on experience.
