Occupational Therapist School Setting - Warwick, RI

This short-term, contract position is designed for an OT who enjoys making a meaningful difference with a manageable 1-day-per-week schedule. You'll work on-site, serving students in an engaging educational setting while covering a 6-12 week leave, with immediate start through early December.

What we're seeking:

• Active license to practice Occupational Therapy in Rhode Island
• Previous experience in school-based occupational therapy or pediatric settings preferred
• Comfortable working with K-12 students and collaborating with education staff
• Organized, self-motivated, and adaptable to changing needs
• Ability to maintain thorough documentation and adhere to school-based compliance standards

Role responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to a diverse student population in accordance with IEP goals
• Assess students' needs and track their progress
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
• Attend IEP meetings as needed and provide written reports
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive school environment
