We are partnering with a well-established Florida-based engineering and surveying firm with more than 40 years of success delivering high-quality land development, infrastructure, and surveying projects throughout the state. As the organization continues to expand, they are seeking an experienced
Professional Land Surveyor & Mapper (PLS/PSM) to join their team in either
Boca Raton or Port St. Lucie.
This is an excellent opportunity for a survey professional who enjoys both technical work and project leadership, while collaborating with engineers, project managers, and field teams on a diverse portfolio of projects.
What You'll Be Doing- Prepare and certify Boundary, ALTA/NSPS, Easement, and Topographic Surveys
- Research deeds, plats, title commitments, legal descriptions, and public land records
- Review ALTA/NSPS Table A requirements and title documentation
- Lead and oversee survey field crews utilizing GPS, robotic total stations, and other electronic survey equipment
- Draft, review, and QA survey deliverables using AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Coordinate with engineering and project management teams throughout project lifecycles
- Manage project schedules, quality control standards, and regulatory compliance requirements
- Participate in client meetings and help drive successful project outcomes
What We're Looking For- Active Florida Professional Land Surveyor and Mapper (PLS/PSM) license
- Strong experience performing and reviewing Boundary, ALTA/NSPS, Topographic, and Easement Surveys
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Experience utilizing modern electronic survey equipment and GPS technologies
- Ability to interpret deeds, title commitments, plats, and legal descriptions
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Valid Florida driver's license
- Commitment to quality, accuracy, and client service
