We’re looking for a motivated and organized Operations Manager to help us keep things running smoothly and ensure every visitor leaves with a smile.

As our Operations Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our day-to-day operations, making sure everything runs like clockwork. Here’s a glimpse of what your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the daily operations of our facility to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Managing and coordinating staff schedules to optimize efficiency and service quality.
• Monitoring and maintaining safety standards across all activities and areas.
• Collaborating with team members to identify and resolve operational challenges.
• Ensuring the facility is clean, organized, and ready for action at all times.
• Assisting with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
• Providing exceptional leadership to motivate and inspire your team.

We’re searching for someone with a passion for organization, leadership, and customer service. To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in operations, management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A proactive mindset with a knack for problem-solving.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
